This morning we are with a customer at Wasperton near Barford in Warwickshire, We are here because the customer has reported that there computer was running slow, On examination it was found that a number of Trojan Viruses had infected their computer system we removed these using Malwarebytes anti-malware software, edited the registry and ran a virus scan to check.

Now I am happy to report that the computer is now running normally.

For the last job today we are back with a customer in Wasperton, The supplier has now sent out the correct multifunction network printer and we are able to install this with all the computers located here.

Update on this one it Turned out to be a Trojan virus and other malware that needed removing from the computer

Update: actually all new emails are missing from the inbox and this is caused by a corrupt inbox we managed to back up the emails and restore them to a new profile.

We are with a customer in Barford this morning to set up a new computer system, as well as installing the software we have also connected it to a Network Printer and transferred data to it from an old computer and recovered his Emails and contact list.
