Good afternoon we are at Wasperton near Wellesbourne in Warwickshire with a customer to repair a Lenovo laptop computer and upgraded the antivirus
Upgraded the BBC iPlayer and Adobe Flash to the latest versions
and recommended that the Thompson Speedtouch 330 USB Modem is replaced with an up to date networked wireless router.
This Morning we are with a Customer in Wasperton to repair their computer, and also help to order a new HP Network Printer to be installed at a later date.
We are currently with a customer in Barford, We are here to check a 0x800CCC0F error issue with the Emails on the customers computer.
Update on this one it Turned out to be a Trojan virus and other malware that needed removing from the computer

Update: actually all new emails are missing from the inbox and this is caused by a corrupt inbox we managed to back up the emails and restore them to a new profile.
