]]> Good morning we are with a customer on Mill Street at Harbury in Warwickshire, We are here to setup the customers new laptop computer and to attempt to recover data from their broken computer.

 

Update: We setup the new laptop computer including installing software setting up security such a antivirus and firewall, installed the customers printer and scanner, and managed to recover the data from the broken computer including documents, Pictures, Music, Emails, Favourites, Address book and transferred them on to the new laptop computer

]]> We are with a customer on the Stockton Road at Long Itchington near Southam in Warwickshire, We are here because the customer has attempted to run the recovery disk on a HP Pavilion DV9700 laptop computer, Unfortunately the disk supplied does not contain the correct drivers for the laptop. We get around this by temporarily plugging in a wireless USB adaptor and connecting to the customers internet to download the correct drivers from the HP website. It needed drivers for the audio, Chipset, Modem, Touchpad, TV Tuner, Onboard video card, Onboard wired network card and the Wireless LAN to complete this repair.
