We reset the Router to include Wireless security.

The Philips Laptop has wireless issues and a fan that is not working, We stripped the laptop, Cleaned the fan and then reassembled this solved the fan issue, Removed and reinstalled the wireless driver which gave us working wireless .

Good afternoon we are now with a customer on Heyville Croft in Kenilworth, We are here to remove a fake antivirus from a Sony Vaio laptop computer, The fake is called Internet Secuirity 2010 its aim is to relief you off some money for a product that does not exist.

Update This version seemed to be helped by a Trojan downloader virus and had attached its self to the system files in effect we were forced to lose the system restore folder or get the virus back.
